DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, your parcel tracking information will be sent to you via email. All standard and express deliveries will be sent using a tracked service via Royal Mail and therefore a signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If you're not in at the time of delivery, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card should be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
Please note that I may be working away during the week, however, I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week of the order being made. Please get in touch if this could be of inconvenience to you.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
We are only able to change the delivery address for an order if the order has entered the dispatching process. Please contact us, as soon as possible, if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order.
We are unable to add, remove or change items from an order once it has been placed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If, upon receipt, any items in your order are damaged, please inform us within 30 days of your order delivery date. We will then send you, via email, a free returns label. This will allow you to return them to us free of charge for a replacement or refund.*

*Please note that we are unable to process returns and refunds on items that unwanted unless they are faulty upon delivery.
We are unable to deliver internationally except to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
All payment must be made upon order. We accept all major cards but please note that we currently cannot accept payments via American Express. Our apologies if we have caused you any inconvenience.
We may require your contact details such as your e-mail address and/or phone number so that we can be in touch with you about your order.
If so, your data will not be shared with any third parties and we will only use your data in respect of communication from Bugz and Beastiez.
